Yay!! We are so pumped to be apart of your big day. Please schedule a time to come sign contract and downpayment of $500 to hold your date.
What are the rental times?
9am to 11pm for full day rental for weddings and other events customized times
can be arranged
Are there outdoor ceremony options?
Yes, our chapel in the woods is to stunning!!
Are there indoor options?
Yes, if weather prevents from using our outdoor chapel our 4000 sq. Ft reception hall can be arranged to handle both wedding and reception.
Are you pet friendly?
Absolutely! Please bring your pets as they are apart of the family
Is beer, wine, champagne and liquor allowed?
-If serving only been and wine you may take out a day of insurance policy to cover the beer and wine
-If you are also going to have ANY hard liquor at the venue you MUST have a licensed and insured bartender on site.
Do you provide table and chairs and do they cost extra?
Yes we provide solid wood antique tables and chairs that can seat 200 people
Where is the closest hotel?
THERE ARE SEVERAL AIR BNB’S IN THE AREA BUT ALSO THE HILTON AT 60 AND 65 HWY AND THE HAMPTON ON GLENSTONE ARE ALL APPROXIMATELY 18 MINUTES AWAY FROM THE VENUE.
Do we allow outside vendors?
Heck Yes, let’s create all the magic with the vendors of your choice!
Are our buildings air conditioned and heated?
Yes, the reception hall, public bathrooms, groom suite and bridal suites all have heating and air.
Can we rent the venue for more than one day?
Yes, this happens often! This will give you access to our venue from 9:30am on day one to 11:00pm on Day two!
Is a Rehersal included in my initial rental?
Yes, a dress Rehersal of two hours is included in your rental. This date will be finalized 30 days prior to your wedding!
Do you have decorations to use?
Yes, I do have somethings from you to choose from to fill in any gaps or things that maybe needed a little extra the day of at no charge!
What restrictions do you have?
We ask for no open flames as we are in the woods, in hayfields and our large wood front porch. We also ask that you not put anything on the walls in the reception hall as it will damage the texture of the walls.
Do you have staff onsite?
We do live onsite so we will be around most of the day and be able to help if things come up and you need us! We will check in on you through out the day. If you need us onsite all day to help arrange things and organize your wedding day you can add on the coordinator package for $500
Do we have to help set up and/or clean up?
We will have the tables and chairs ready for you in the reception hall and the
chapel. We just ask that who ever you have in charge of clean up that they help
up pick up the trash in the reception hall and wipe down tables quickly. We will
take care of everything else in the reception hall. In the bridal and groom suite we
ask that anything you bring in you take out and that they are left the way they
